Sony BDP-S300: The Best Blu-ray Player

The explosion of blu-ray technology has taken the industry by storm. Manufacturers such as Panasonic, Pioneer, Phillips, and Samsung have all created their own versions of a blu-ray disc player. But, in my opinion, the Sony BDP-S300 gives the consumer the best bang for their buck.

The Sony BDP-S300 costs around $400 and is well worth the money. It has a beautiful sleek design, which I'm sure doesn't wow the boys, but since I'm a girl, the "prettiness" factor is an important one.

Viewing is amazing on the Sony BDP-S300! You can watch either normal DVDs or special blu-ray DVDs and the Sony BDP-S300 makes them look great. So don't let the fact that blu-ray discs aren't all that plentiful sway you from buying this DVD player. You will be pleased even if you can't find your favorite, newly released action movie on blu-ray.

The only problem I have with the Sony BDP-S300 is the time it takes for the little loading tray to pop out and the time it takes to complete the initial start-up. If these are the only electronic problems you have in the world, I'd say you're doing quite well for yourself.

The Sony BDP-S300 is an amazing piece of technology that's available at an incredible price, but don't let me be your only point of reference. Ask around and do some research for yourself.
