i did have the same problem with my phone too hun and i made the problem worse but i contacted sony ericson and this is what i got bck see below
however, the ratings for the camera are not the best, lots of complaints. other than that great article. sorry i just had to get my irritation with this phone off my chest
FYI for all you out there praising this phone, read some forums. you CAN NOT zoom in on the camera, if you're lucky enough to even access it the whole time you own the phone since the firmware tends to end up corrupted. the keys on the keypad crack and rumor has it that that particular problems is going to land the phone a recall. i have the phone and am currently trying to flash the firmware myself so i don't have to pay to have it fixed. the music feature is great, the phone itself has great clarity when talking on it, and there are other good features
