Sony VAIO EB12FX/T Notebook Review

If you are looking for a laptop computer for a good price, the Sony VAIO EB12FX/T is a good choice. It comes with stylish features and most important - affordable price. In my opinion, the design of Sony VAIO EB12FX/T is surely amazing; it costs about 750 dollars, which is not a lot, and you will get a truly good product for such a price. Although it is able to manage general programs and is quite good at multitasking, playing top games or running serious programs will be a hard nut to crack for this laptop.

Sony VAIO series of notebooks are known for their elegant and gorgeous look; Sony VAIO EB12FX/T is one of them. This particular laptop hides fingerprints and other smut surprisingly well. The panel isn't overflowed with unnecessary buttons you will never use. Although it doesn't have a lot of switches but it has all the necessary ports which are placed very conveniently. It is interesting to know that VGA, HDMI, eSATA/USB ports are placed in the front panel which is convenient. Memory card, headphone and microphone slots are also placed in the front of the laptop, so accessing them is no problem even in an uncomfortable place.

Sony VAIO EB12FX/T is very well designed but it lacks in the performance category. Sony uses dual-core 2.13GHz Core i3-330M processor which isn't a top performing processor in today's standards. EB12FX/T runs perfectly when browsing the web, running small applications or dealing with weaker graphics. When it comes to the newest video games, this laptop lacks performance and runs slow. It has 4GB of DDR3 RAM and Intel HD graphics processor which is integrated and it is off course too slow for the top video games which are currently on the market. Sony EB12FX/T comes preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium x64 operating system. The battery is not very amazing; it runs out approximately after 3 and half hours of work (depending on what kind of work you are doing).

All in all, Sony VAIO EB12FX/T notebook is not bad and for $750 is worth the price you are paying for. Of course, do not expect very high performance, you won't be able to play the newest games.
