Every week I live at my house I eat all kinds of different Mexican foods, and there is one that is my favorite to eat. The name of my favorite food to eat at least once a week is called Sopa, and Sopa is very fun to eat and has a good taste. In this article I will discuss what Sopa is and what are the ingredients in making Sopa.

Sopa is enjoyed in about every Mexican household in Mexico and it's enjoyed with the classic tortilla in Mexico. Sopa is basically soggy oil fried Mexican pasta, and it's very tasty and good to eat. The shapes of Sopa varies on different shapes. My family usually buys the star shaped Sopa or the seashell shaped Sopa. Soap is enjoyed for lunch throughout Mexico, and it's very good and tasty to eat. When eating Sopa I would suggest boiling some beans to go along with this dish called Sopa. Sopa is basically the most economic food to make in Mexico or in the United States.

The main ingredients in Sopa are very easy to obtain at your local grocery store, and the main one is Mexican Sopa which is sold in packages. Mexican Sopa comes in shapes of stars or seashells and they are fun to make. Then the Sopa is fried until it's golden brown, then tomato sauce is added for flavoring and a little water. When the Sopa is almost done my family usually adds a small block of chicken flavor seasoning, and it is sold as squares in a box. Then when the Sopa is fully cooked you are ready to enjoy this tasty meal with your close friend or special other. But, don't forget about he tortillas to go along with the Sopa.

This meal is very easy to make, and it's very inexpensive to make when you are on a budget. My family makes it to save money, and to continue our Mexican Culture here in the United States. When eating this meal in Mexico while I'm on vacation I usually go to the nearest tortilla factory and I buy some fresh warm tortillas, and the taste of the Sopa becomes very good and fresh. If you ever meet someone that makes Sopa be sure to ask for other secret ingredients added. Because, a lot of people in Mexico make Sopa very differently, but it all depends on what part of Mexico you are visiting. Please try Sopa out, and let me know how it tasted.
