Soul Mate Reunification

A question which has boggled humans for eons from romantics to realists is "do soul mates exist?" Whether you're married or single, it's natural to wonder if your soul mate - the person who embodies the other half of your soul - exists, and ideally, somewhere within your realm. The soul mate division and reunification process is a spiritual one. Just like Eve was created from Adam's rib, each soul divides into halves and is later reunited. Kabbalah and astrology support the case for soul mates.

In Kabbalah, soul mate is defined as the transformation from a single, incomplete soul, to a reunified one.

In astrology, Venus is exalted in the 12th sign of the zodiac, Pisces, because it signifies transcendence, soul mates, and sacrificial, can't-live-without-each-other love, à la Romeo and Juliet. Neptune, ruler of Pisces is a higher octave of Venus, hence Neptune symbolizes universal love and whole-hearted acceptance of a lover, which is what characterizes true love. Similar astrological placements include Venus in the 12th house, and the signs that Venus represents, Taurus and Libra, in the 12th house. Libra in the 12th house would signify a Scorpio placement which explains why Scorpio is so passionate and dedicated in relationships. Taurus in the 12th house signifies Gemini, which is symbolized by Twins and represents camaraderie and siblings. A soul mate is, after all, a best friend, a replica of your personality and, perhaps, even your appearance to an extent.

There's no definitive answer for how to find your soul mate. The soul is reunified once it has attained the wisdom and spirituality to create the magical energy for the reunification process. After the soul walks in the shoes of eleven signs, Aries through Aquarius, it is prepared to enter the last sign, Pisces, and reunite with its other half. The soul transforms from being personal and materialistic prior to reunification of the soul; to interpersonal when two halves of the soul reunite; and finally impersonal and selfless, which is the ultimate goal of soul mates.

The personal stage is depicted by signs Aries, Taurus, Gemini, and Cancer. This stage represents a time of getting to know oneself and how one fits into the universe; it is a time of materialistic tendencies, indulgences, and knowledge examined superficially.

The interpersonal stage is characterized by Leo, Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio and represents a period of learning about oneself through interacting with people and creating profound relationships.

Finally, the impersonal stage consists of Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces; it illustrates a period of overcoming obstacles, in depth understanding of principles and metaphysics, and universal redemption.

These stages explain why soul mates experience obstacles including, but not limited to, jealousy and opposition from the external world when they seek to merge. Souls must pass the test of walking through the eleven signs and overcoming impasses to achieve their spiritual power vital for experiencing true love.

Once reunited, the inward harmony of the reunified soul has the power to create transcendental and universal changes, usually of charitable nature.

Soul mates exist for the benefit of the universe because they have the power to reveal the truth, mysteries, and secrets of the universe to human beings as a result of their spiritual transcendence. Soul mates also have the power to make philanthropic changes; once one experience true love, he only seeks to bruit it with kindness and generosity to the rest of the world. This is why the reunified soul transforms into an impersonal, transcendental, compassionate, spiritual soul void of materialism or superficiality. Once again, this is associated with Pisces which seeks to redeem human kind with philanthropy and a philosophical perspective of the universe.
