Soup Mast Va Khair

Ingredients

1/3 Cup Raisins

1 Cup Water

2 Cups Plain Yogurt

½ Cup Light Cream

1 Cucumber Diced

1 Boiled Egg Chopped

4 Scallions Sliced Into Thin Rings

2 tsp Salt

½ Tsp Pepper

½ Tbsp Fresh Dill

½ Tbsp Parsley

4 Ice Cubes

Directions

Raisins must be soaked in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain out raisins and mix in a large bowl: Yogurt, Cream, Egg, Cucumber, Scallions, Ice Cubes, Salt, and Pepper. Add in raisins as well as soaked raisin water if soup is too thick. Let stand is refrigerator for two hours and garnish with Dill and Parsley before serving. Enjoy!
