I enjoyed the poem, though it saddens me that the object (Soupy) has died I do think this is a nice tribute.
I didn't know that Soupy Sales had died, of course I had no idea he was anywhere near that old either.. I wasn't a big fan, but he was okay. Great poem! Johnny Yuma
