1 mango - large ripe - finely chopped
1 papaya - medium ripe - finely chopped
1 avocado - medium ripe - finely chopped
1/2 pineapple - medium - ripe -peeled, cored and finely chopped
1 red onion - medium - finely chopped
2 scallion - green top only - finely chopped
2 jalapeno - seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro - fresh - finely chopped
1 tomatoes - large - seeded - finely choppped
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
3/4 cup light rum
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt

Combine Chopped Fruit and Seasonings in A Serving Bowl
Gently mix mango, papaya, pineapple, avocado, red onion, scallions, jalapenos, tomato, and cilantro in a serving bowl. For best results toss lightly as you would a salad.

Mix Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Rum, Sugar, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder and Salt in A Separate Bowl
In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredient and seasonings well

Pour Liquid Over Fruits, Gently Toss and Refrigerate
Pour liquid over fruit and toss gently until all the fruit is coated with the liquid. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve
