Videos Surface on the Internet

Dash cam videos that are used in police cars and other officials cars can be a good source and act as a witness in false police brutality charges. But sometimes they can show how suspects are the victims of police brutality. Although officers are aware that they are being recorded, they sometimes don't care, or maybe they feel no one else will care when they use force and do acts of violence.

Another dash cam video has surfaced on the Internet showing disturbing photo's of South Carolina Highway Patrolmen using their vehicles to chase and hit running suspects. Associated Press reported one incident when the officer, Cprl. Daniel C. Cambell allegedly told the suspect, "you better run because I'm fixin to kill you", and he also used a derogatory term for blacks.

Another video which was taken in 2007 shows officer Garren striking a man with his car and sending him off into the bushes. He was heard telling another officer "Yeah, I hit him, I was trying to hit him". The officer is white, the suspect black.

According to Associated press, another officer chased a man down the streets, onto sidewalks and pass onlookers, including a child.

I know what the text read on you link with the video but I didn't hear any racial slurs. All I heard was the trooper giving his location over the radio. Did I miss something or is this shoddy reporting?

A good read by far, in the military we always knew there was alway that "one" and that person could make the whole unit look bad. Thanks for the read. I know cameras are there for more than just use in trial, they are there for an eye opener of all aspects.
