The Southeast Oakland Coalition serves Ferndale, Hazel Park, Pleasant Ridge, and Charter Township of Royal Oak. This organization was founded through the grassroots efforts of concerned citizens to address such issues as substance abuse, violence, and other behaviors that can be considered as at-risk.
You never know when you might need these services, or might know someone who does. These and other services are what define the purpose of the coalition, which is non-profit, and which depends on the generosity and help provided by community volunteers.
