Southwest Airlines Review

The first time that I traveled in my life that I by a plane was with the Southwest Airlines in the senior year of my high school for a conference. Therefore, I was nervous as the plane took off. The staff of the Southwest Airlines, however, made it quite easy for me,and my fellows to forget our fears and indulge in the entertainment they were providing us with.

That was my first experience, and I never changed my airline service. The reasons are numerous. First of all, the Southwest Airlines offers cheap rates compared to the rest. Every week there are special discount sales that give extraordinary offers. These can be checked via telephone or emails (by subscribing to their list). Secondly, as a student, I keep moving back and forth to my home and school. Students often like to stock up on everything. The Southwest Airlines allows you up to 3 bags, for students and travelers alike. The problem of luggage is often faced, when there is a full flight. But even then the attendants help you with the luggage placement. At the Southwest Airlines the seats are comfortable, and for an average person's height, there is plenty of leg space too.

The attendants of the flight are friendly. Even the captain gives high importance to customer relations. Usually flights with the Southwest Airlines are not very long. For that matter, they do not serve a proper meal which is probably the only drawback. They will provide you with a glass of soda, and one to two bags of peanuts. If however, you feel hungry, do not forget to bring your own snacks.

The Southwest Airlines do not have time and schedule problems. They leave on time, with exceptions of external conditions of bad weather, or extremely crowded flights. They are either always on time, or ahead of it.

I have traveled five times after my senior school year, and not once have the Southwest Airlines disappointed me, or let me feel that the standard of their service has fallen. I am an esteemed customer,and now I don't even feel as scared to what I felt the first time. All thanks to the welcoming environment of the first flight that I ever traveled on.

Overall, the Southwest Airlines do not really offer entertainment, or meals, but they provide good customer service with an adequate environment, and with very cheap rates. You will never feel out of place, or uncomfortable.
