The word Souvenir is a French word meaning Memory. Synonyms are memento and keepsake. It is some souvenir items that will remind us of a pleasant journey. Souvenir ideas could be anything as a simple trinket from a street vendor to a majestic work of art depicting the place we visited. This is not the same as Memorabilia, which is connected to a particular historic event or place. A museum piece or Antiques belong in that category.

Keeping memories of our travels is important. However, sometimes we are overwhelmed with so many souvenir items.
