I requested a free sample online at www.soyjoy.com. A few weeks later a small SoyJoy package with three SoyJoy bars arrived in my mailbox. I could try Raisin Almond, Mango Coconut, or Apple. I was disappointed I did not receive a Berry, but three out of four flavors was still very exciting!
When I signed up online, I remembered there had been instructions to follow. SoyJoy would send three free bars with the understanding that one bar was for me to try, and the other two were to share with two friends.
Since it somehow didn't seem honest to selfishly eat them all myself, I did as the SoyJoy website requested. I found two friends to share SoyJoy with.
Ok, I admit it. I didn't want to share, so maybe I didn't exactly do this part fairly. I broke one bar into thirds, and I gave two friends a bite of it. I also knew these two friends probably wouldn't like the bars to begin with, so that left two more delicious SoyJoy bars all for me!! Plus, these two friends decided that if I liked the bars so much than they'd send away for their free sample too and then they later gave them to me!
I am a busy mother of two. Most of the time I'm running around a bit frazzled. I can't seem to remember anything even with my mile long "to do" list. Yet, I am a silently suffering addict whose friends continue to support my habit. Yep. I am addicted to SoyJoy bars!
Why do I like SoyJoy? The bars are made with natural fruit, soy, have 0 grams of trans fat, nearly 4 grams of protein, and less than 150 calories. To me, all of those are important particularly on days when I don't have time to really sit down and eat a full healthy meal. As a mother who is also breastfeeding, SoyJoy bars are also helping me shed those last ten pounds of added baby weight without sacrificing nutrition and protein.
Some people may argue that SoyJoy bars are smaller than other brands. I have found them to be quite filling, especially when I am on the go. I also have more energy after eating one. Since I have to keep up with busy little ones, the bars have quickly become an essential part of my weekly routine.
Even in my small town, I can easily find SoyJoy at both the local grocery and drug stores for about $1.30 each. By using my frequent shopper cards and watching the weekly newspaper ads, I have had no problem replenishing my SoyJoy stash for $1.00 a bar or less.
Do I have any complaints about SoyJoy? Just one. I received an email from SoyJoy requesting I rate their product and provide feedback nearly a full four weeks before my free sample ever arrived in the mailbox. Completing a few questions about the product was supposed to provide a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" coupon on your next purchase of SoyJoy. Since I hadn't received my sample yet, I saved the email in my inbox until after I had received and tried it. When I reopened the email to provide my feedback, I was unable to do so and then I couldn't access the coupon.
What? The coupon disappeared! No fair!
Luckily, another friend came across a few coupons and passed them on to me! Yeah!! Buy one get one free BERRY!! Hmm...my new favorite!
You know you're really addicted when your friends are even saving their SoyJoy coupons for you! Fine by me.
Since I sort of cheated on sharing SoyJoy with two friends, I thought I'd announce my new addiction here.
I'm addicted to SoyJoy. I'm totally and completely addicted to SoyJoy. I think about SoyJoy when I'm hungry. My tummy gets so excited that it does little flip flops of joy. I have SoyJoy on the brain so much so that I even hear this cute little jingle inside of my head, that goes like this:
I've got a SoyJoy, SoyJoy, down in my heart! Where? Down in my heart! Where? Down in my heart! I've got a SoyJoy, SoyJoy, down in my heart! Down in my heart to stay!
