Some of my favorite treatments offered by the David Broadway Salon & Spa include the hot stone massage ($77 and up). The hot stone massage incorporates the Native American tradition of using heated and cooled stones and modern massage techniques. Another favorite is the deep cleansing facial ($66 and up). Each deep cleansing facial starts with assessment of your skin. The clinician then selects treatment products which are then blended and customized for your skin to cleanse, exfoliate, restore and correct any problems.

The Shamas Salon & Spa offers two locations, one in Perrysburg, Ohio and one in Sylvania, Ohio. I find the Shamas Salon & Spa to be a pleasant, relaxed spa experience. At Shamas Salon & Spa, the menu includes hair treatments, manicures, pedicures, skin treatments, makeup, waxing, body treatments and massage. The Shamas Signature Facial is listed at $74 and up. An aroma sensory wrap, where warm therapeutic oils penetrate and smooth stressed skin from head to toe, is $71. A hot stone massage, which I highly recommend for anyone on your gift list, is $79.

The Adagio Day Spa & Color Salon is a modern, open salon that offers a variety of treatments in a convenient location just off the expressway. The Adagio Day Spa & Color Salon menu includes hair treatments, makeup, facials, manicures and pedicures, massage, and body treatments. The spa services are reasonably priced and include the Adagio 1 Hour Massage for $65 and a Healing Stone Therapy massage for $80. The Paragango Moisturizing Wrap, a body treatment, is $100.

The Beauty Bar may be the most fun salon and spa on this list, and makes a great spa gift for the teenager on your list. The Beauty Bar is located in a newly refurbished home, and features hair, manicures, pedicures, facials, and massage treatments.

Most of the treatments available at the Beauty Bar come in 30-minute or 60-minute increments and are priced accordingly. For example, a 30-minute deep tissue massage is $45, while a 60-minute deep tissue massage is $80. The "Crybaby Facial," which is great for all skin types, is offered at $50 for 30 minutes or $80 for 60 minutes. A "Steamin' Stone" massage is $95. The Beauty Bar even offers a "quickie menu" of services that last less than 15 minutes and are designed to be added on to other services, like a color treatment.
