Spa Hotels in California: Great for a Fall Break or Any Other Time of Year

California offers awesome vacations for a short Fall break to relax or a vacation packed full of sights, coastlines and excellent nightlife. There are four main regions in California, Central Valley, the coast, the desert and of course, the mountain regions. I am going to focus on a Fall break that includes Spa facilities in order to completely relax and take full advantage of what California has to offer.

The name California came from a book published in 1510 which featured a magnificent Queen named Califia. This romantic novel featured an ideal island paradise where Califia ruled over a country of beautiful black Amazons, a rich country with plenty of gold and pearls. Men were only allowed there for one day a year in order to keep the race going and this excellent romantic book inspired the name for California.

The four main regions of California are made up of Central Valley which lies between the Coast Ranges and the Sierra Nevada. Mature oak woodlands, agricultural land and rich deposits of oil and gas makes this region very prosperous and a lovely place to visit. The second region is the Desert in which much of eastern California is covered. Death Valley is a main tourist attraction in the Desert Region. The Coastal Region stretches for 1,000 km with magnificent views along the Pacific coastline. Finally, the Mountain Region, where the Native Americans once flourished where some of the mountains peaks reach up to 14,612 feet.

I will now focus on three Spa Vacation Packages available in California which would make for a fantastic Fall break.

The River Terrace Inn is an ideal get-away and offers guests fantastic discount rates.
