They have all categories of costumes, accessories, hats, masks, makeup and props. You name it and chances are they will have it. Halloween Express will be a little pricier than my other two suggestions, but if you're looking for a unique or hard to find costume, this would you're best bet in finding it.

Party City-would be my next choice on where to buy a Halloween costume. Party city is the leader in the party goods industry. It is a large specialty chain and a major Halloween specialty retailer. It is located at 150 East Blackstock Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29301, and their phone number is 864-595-0400. The hours of operation at Party City are M-Sat. 9 AM- 9 PM, and Sundays 1:30 PM- 6:00 PM. At Party City you can find costumes for all ages, and all sizes. Visit their website to see what they have and to get a feel for their prices. You may also order online if you choose. The prices here will be more reasonable than Halloween Express. Party City will also have everything you need to plan a great Halloween party.

Spartanburg Resale Second Hand & Used Merchandise Stores in Spartanburg SC Yellow Pages by SuperPages is a great resource to visit. At this site, you will find links to many thrift, goodwill, and consignment stores in Spartanburg, SC. If you don't mind shopping at these types of stores, you can find really great bargains on used Halloween costumes. You may even find a great vintage costume. I shop Goodwill and Consignment shops all the time. I love to find really great bargains, so this would probably be my first stop.
