Speak Winter Solstice

Halt Growing Darkness

freezing sparks within

our bright space behind

these walls

Predictor of weeks turning

speak to our souls

Halt growing darkness

cause for celebrations, of

saviors born, battles won

lamps that burn for eight nights

warm places we made in

in the hearth and our hearts
