Never Open Christmas Ball Gift Ornament

What you will need:
Christmas decorated tissue
Computer
Color Printer
Hole Puncher
Ribbon
Scissors

Instructions:

This is a fun and special ornament that your child can make with your help and it is very simple. First, take a piece of Christmas decorated tissue paper and fill it with plain tissue paper or even toilet paper the size of an orange. Next, you will want to find a free clip art that you can import into word and type the following saying.

This is a very special gift that you can never see.
The reason it's so special is it's just for you from me.
Whenever you are lonely or feeling blue,
You only have to hold this gift and know I think of you.
Please leave the ribbon tied and hang it on your tree,
Know in your heart it's filled with love inside from me.

Next, print out this saying with your special clip art and place a hole punch on the top of the paper and tie it around the top of the tissue paper in a knot leaving extra ribbon to make a hanger to hang on the tree. You can tie a bow or curl the ribbon to make it extra fancy. This is a great Christmas giving ornament your child can make to give to that special person.

Snowflake Photo Homemade Paper Ornament Free from HP

What you will need:
Computer
Color Printer
Finger paint
Foam letter stickers
Plain white paper
Ribbon
Paint brush
Scissors
Hole puncher

Instructions:

Go to the HP website for the template of the free printable snowflake ornament. First, have your child drag their favorite photo into the template. Once the photo is dragged over into the spot, you can preview and print. Once printed, cut out the snowflake on all the solid lines. You will have to cut the solid line on top and bottom of the photo, but be care not to cut the dotted lines, those will be the lines that you fold. Once, you have it cut out, fold at the dotted lines and you will see that the snowflake comes together. On the white paint your child's hand with finger paint and a paint brush and have them place their hand on the paper. After the paint dries, you will want to continue following the instructions of HP by gently twisting the slits into each other. You should now have the snowflake on the front and the hand print with the child's photo on the back. Next, add the child's name with foam letter stickers and put a hole punch on the top of the ornament. Add your ribbon and your ornament is done.
