Spending Time with God Everyday

Spending time with God everyday is an important part of life. People must come to understand that God exists within them and that they are the temple of the Holy Spirit. I try to read the Holy Bible everyday. You should pray, meditate and sing praises to the Lord. He is always going to be with you. At times when you are troubled, God is the best person around to keep you safe from danger.

As you begin to grow spiritually, you will find that God is constantly around you and asking you to come forward to him. Many people don't know how to let God take full charge. If you find it difficult to spend time with God each day, then you may try to discipline yourself in order to make this happen.

This will involve you shutting off the television and radio once a day and just choosing a spot in your home that you may consider being holy. The more that you open your heart and your mind to God, the more that you will be able to be with him everyday and in new ways. God is surely a God of mystery. He knows us better than we know ourselves.

It is important to get to know God as a person because he is easier to talk to that way. Some people try to pray and ask God for his love without really knowing him. It is hard because you may not realize when God is expressing his love. People often get corrected by God and they may loose a job because of it or a relationship. However, sometimes God allows bad thing to happen to us so that he can cause something good to happen to us eternally. If you are a child of God, then you will come to understand that learning what God's love really is, may make you happy. The love of God is something to be admired. Not everyone realizes that you can have a relationship with God. Few people ever spend enough time with God to get to know him.

I suggest that you take around 15 minutes a day and spend it with God. Just find a quiet place and pray to him and worship him. You will find that the rest of your day is full of happiness and joy. The Lord will help you to have good days once again. I am sure that you will find the joy inside of your heart to give to God everyday.

Always tell God your true feelings. Do not think that you have to hold back in any way. The more that you tell God about yourself, the better that you will feel. God already knows about your whole life, but we have to come to God in order to get to know him more each day. Remember that we are all truly spirit.
