Do you ever get tired of eating the same old salad? You get so tired of it that you do not even taste what is in it, it is like you are just going through a routine. Well awaken you taste buds by adding these ingredients to your salad. This salad is so good you will not need to kill it with salad dressing.

Item List: You will need these products

Red Leaf Lettuce

Banana Peppers

Red Pepper

Mushrooms

Red onion

Minces Garlic

Roma Tomato

Avocado

Pineapple ( canned chopped)

Crushed Walnuts

Bottle of Habanero Sauce

Make sure to rinse all your vegetables well, even though you have bought them at a grocery store does not mean that the products were cleaned well.

Shred the lettuce to your preference and lay half in a bowl and the other half to the side.

Peel and scope out the inside of the avocado , put into a bowl.

Add minced garlic and crushed walnuts to the bowl of avocado and then whip the contents with a spoon until the texture is smooth. Let chill for 5 minuets in the freezer.

While the mixture is in the freezer, slice the banana and red peppers thin.

Then slice and chop the onion and tomato. Make sure not to chop the tomato up to the point that it is mushy.

Open the can of pineapple and drain the juice, then add half of the pineapple to the bowl of lettuce.

Next add half of the tomato and red onion to the salad. Then add another layer of lettuce.

Once chilled add three teaspoons of the mixture to the salad and stir.

Now continue layering the salad with the ingredients and mixture until all is used.

Once you are done add a few dashes of the Habanero sauce to the salad, give it one more toss and serve.
