1 to 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise(any brand but Helman's is the best)

desired amount Grated Parmesan cheese

desired amount Salt

Directions for Spiced Eggs

You need the milk to pour just a bit in the bowl with the eggs before you beat them. This will make them a little lighter and fluffier. It does not take much. Beat eggs. Pour in non stick or greased skillet. Get eggs cooked and scrambled. Now comes the fun part. When eggs are scrambled, leave them in the skillet and turn the burner down a little lower. You can either pour a little grated cheddar cheese in the eggs, (however much you prefer) OR you can tear 2 slices (or more if you want) into pieces and lay it on top of the scrambled eggs. Let the cheese start melting a little. Then dump in 1 or 2 tablespoons of Picante sauce (maybe more, if you like), and 1 or 2 (or more) tablespoons of Mayonnaise. You can either put the Parmesan cheese in now or wait and sprinkle some on the top when done. Stir good, until all ingredients are mixed well. Now comes a pinch of garlic (a little more if you are crazy for garlic). Mix. Turn burner off and get your scrambled eggs on the plate. Salt and pepper on top (however much you like). Parmesan if you have not already thrown it in. Enjoy. I do realize a lot of people will probably think this is a gross concoction. Whatever. It's cool. We're all different. Just thought I'd share.
