Taste and authenticity of Spicy Beef Stew! This is a self-generated recipe that proves to be the best and easy way to cook for guests. I have tried this recipe multiple times and definitely got good feedback on it's taste.

Spicy Beef Stew Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/2 pounds boneless stew beef
  2. 2 and half tablespoon of oil
  3. 1 bowl of thin cut carrots
  4. 1/2 bowl of thin cut potatoes
  5. 1/2 bowl of cut cauliflower
  6. 1/2 bowl of thin sliced cabbage
  7. 1 finely chopped green pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  9. 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  10. 1 finely chopped onion
  11. 1 finely chopped tomato
  12. 1 beef stock
  13. chopped coriander leaves for taste
Preparation time: 1 hour

Marinate the boneless stew beef with garlic, ginger and green pepper for 10 minutes. Pour oil in deep pan and bring it to a boiling point, fry chopped onion, until light brown. Add chopped tomato to the light brown fried onion and let it cook for 5 minutes. Then add all the vegetables along with beef stock. Cook the entire ingredients in the pan for 10 minutes. Then add the marinated boneless stew beef and 2 large cups of water and cook it for 35 minutes.

Delicious spicy beef stew is ready after it is garnished with chopped coriander in the end.
