3/4 cup Butter
1 cup Dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Cardamon
1/4 tsp Ground cloves
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Spelt flour
3/4 Wheat flour
2 cups Irish oats (or rolled oats)

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds until creamy, Add sugars, baking powder, baking soda and spices. Beat until combined, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.2
Add the spelt flour to the butter/egg mixture, beating with the hand mixer. Stir in the wheat flour by hand. Slowly add the rolled oats, continuing to stir by hand until thoroughly combined.3
Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing the dough about 2 inches apart. Bake in 375 degree oven for 9-10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing.- Easy Homemade Cinnamon Rolls
