Ingredients

Serves 5
1 lb. chicken breast halves
1 C. ranch dressing
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. hot sauce
2 C. cheddar cheese

Directions for Spicy Chicken Wing Dip

1
Bring water to boil in a large saucepan. Add chicken breasts, and allow to simmer on medium heat until cooked through. Chop cooked chicken into cubes.
2
Cut block of cream cheese into cubes and add to a large, oven-safe bowl or casserole dish. Add chicken and mix until creamy.
3
Add ranch dressing, hot sauce, and half of the grated cheddar. Mix well. Top mixture with remainder of the shredded cheese.
4
Bake at 375 degrees, or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Tip
This dip is SPICY, but you can add as much or as little hot sauce as you prefer. I typically use a quarter of the hot sauce called for in the original recipe so that the burn is mild, rather than third degree.
