Spin Up Fresh Homemade Juice for Your Kids

Kids and Adults Love Fresh Homemade Juice

Judy Kaelin
A home juicer is an excellent appliance to help you serve healthy fruits and vegetables to your family. When your child has reached the stage of eating adult food it is a good time to begin to introduce more fruits and vegetables. Many children are finicky about eating certain vegetables, with juicing you can begin early to encourage them to consume foods that offer the vitamins, minerals and enzymes needed for healthy growth.

For the kids these fresh juice recipes are easy, delicious and nutritious.
