Spinach Artichoke Pepperoni Pizza

You Will Need:

• store-bought refrigerated pizza dough, or pre-baked pizza dough
• pizza sauce
• pepperoni (or Turkey Pepperoni)
• sliced red onion
• chopped fresh spinach
• chopped Artichoke hearts (canned, jarred, or thawed frozen)
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• shredded parmesan cheese
• finely chopped basil

Instructions:

Place dough onto a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. For refrigerated pizza dough, follow instructions on the label. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce onto the dough (about a 3/4 cup for a 10-12" pie), leaving a one inch border. Topping amounts will vary depending on preference. Distribute pepperoni, red onion, spinach, and drained artichokes evenly over crust. Distribute mozzarella, parmesan, and basil evenly over toppings and bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
