Ingredients

Serves 6
4 eggs, large or extra large
8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz spinach, fresh or frozen
1 carrot, shredded
8 garlic cloves, sliced
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup half and half or cream
2 tbsp butter
1 frozen pie shell crust

Directions for Spinach Quiche Supreme

Defrost Pie Shell and Saute Spinach, Garlic, Shredded Carrots and Onions
Defrost and prick holes with fork in pie shell bottom and sides. Saute spinach, garlic, onions and carrots in butter until garlic and onion turn translucent.

Mix Eggs, Half and Half, Dry Seasonings, Cheeses and Sauteed Vegetables
Beat eggs, half and half, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add cheeses and sauteed vegetables. Mix well. Pour into pie crust shell.

Bake in Pre-Heated 350 Degree Oven For About 30 Minutes
Bake until top turns golden brown, usually not longer than 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.

Slice, Serve and Enjoy
Serve with green salad and a glass of chardonnay, chablis, pinot grigio or your favorite dry white wine. Bon appetite!
