Ingredients

Serves 8
4 cups Baby spinach, Fresh
2 medium Tomatoes, quartered
2 large Eggs, hard-cooked
4 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 large Mushrooms, sliced fresh
1/2 small Bermuda onion, sliced and separated into rings
1-1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup Croutons, seasoned
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions for Spinach Salad Italiano

In a large bowl, add spinach, tomatoes, eggs, mushrooms, bacon, onions, and seasoned croutons.

In a small sauce pan or microwave safe dish heat salad dressing until warm. Drizzle over salad.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss. Serve immediately.
Tip
Leave off croutons for an Atkins friendly dish.
