Does the thought of frying chicken and toting everything to park make you cringe?
Here is a great solution to the boring sandwich and slaving over a hot stove!
What you will need:
1-8 ounce container of whipped cream cheese
1 package of tomato and basil tortillas
1-16 ounce package of sliced turkey
1 bunch of fresh spinach leaves
Spread the cream cheese onto each tortilla, layering the spinach and turkey slices on to each tortilla. Be sure to leave a little room around the edges - about a half inch. This will insure the cream cheese will stick to the roll so you won't need a tooth pick to hold it together.
You can transport the rolls whole, cut them in half or into several pieces, layering them in a Tupperware container.
A great finger food that is sure to be a hit!

Post a CommentI like the whipped best, it's much easier to spread and you don't end up with a clumpy mouthful of cream cheese. lol
Whipped cream cheese? I'm all over this.
