Spirituality & a Stress Free Life Style

The key to living a stress free life style is to understand spirituality & change; time does not stand still for anyone. If you refuse to change with the times, your letters in the mail will take 3 days to be delivered; instead of a few minutes by email. (Example: your life will take years to change, instead of a few days or months)

My point is when you embrace spirituality & change, you will see changes starting to occur as God bring good things into your life; by faith you will make little changes daily / not by sight. Don't worry about what people think or say in time you will be a new person, but if you worry about what others think / by sight. It will take longer for you to change because some of these people in your life; have to be changed in order for you to move forward.
This needs to happen, if you want to be content, stress free & happy with yourself & others!

Example:
Religion is part of the problem because God never intended man to be religious, but spiritual. There are many who are traditionalized and destroying one another through envy, jealousy, discord & hatred, but there are others who are being born again in Spirit & Truth to love God and everyone else made in his image. In order for all people to live together in harmony, they must become spiritual people who walk by faith not by sight. Without Spirituality, there is no evidence of the fruits of the Spirit in most people's everyday life. (Their Religious, false or completely worldly)

The answer is: Everyone must become spiritual people, who walk by faith not by sight. So the fruits of the spirit; love, joy, peace, patience, goodness & righteousness can dwell in their hearts towards one another; then they will be able to Pray & Unite in Spirit & Truth for the Glory of God / not manmade religion. (Loving one another)

People talk, but the truth is religion does not work. Spirituality is the truth; people will have to embrace, if they want to change. (There is a difference) Religion is based on organizations that corrupt & take advantage of its members.
Spirituality is based on leading people to God to improve their individual lives, but people have to be re-trained to think spiritual / instead of being institutionalized by religion. That's why you see so many suffering people & scandals!

Also: It's not always a good idea to confess to man, but you should always confess to God in your prayers! It's a good thing to make amends with yourself & reasonable people that except forgiveness & change.

I truly believe, we walk by faith & not by sight. It is when a person goes through something that greatness is discovered. Through losing a job, one becomes focused & creative to do that which he or she was created to do in the first place. By getting away from the crowd, you can realize your unique talents / instead of being manipulated by those around you on a daily basis who try to suppress your talents! (This will give you confidence in yourself because you're doing what you like & are good at. So pray to God, eat right, exercise & accomplish your goals then you will be happy & stress free)

People must have Faith, Proper Eating, Exercise and a Job they like; to meet their needs spiritually, physically, emotionally & socially. (Spirituality balances your life)

My mission is to improve the lives of people in this world, so they will love God & each other by motivating them to change from the pessimism of the world to optimism found in God for their own good. The results will be changes made in their thinking & Life Style! (Success Brings Contentment)
