Liven up a Halloween themed party with some cute & scary treats. These treats are simple and easy to make and sure to be a hit with all of your party guests.

Spooky Monster Cookies

You will need to bake two dozen chocolate cookies according to the directions on package. Additionally, you will need decorating icing in orange, black, purple, & white, decorating tips, and candy pieces for added eye detail.

First, place a cookie upside down and cover with frosting. Gently lay another cookie on top of the frosting. Using the decorating tips, create eyes with decorating icing. Use candy pieces for added detail on the eyes. This makes 12 cookies.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Crispy Cobweb Bars

First, gather the following ingredients:
1 Cup corn syrup
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup peanut butter
6 Cups crispy rice cereal
6 ounces chocolate morsels
6 ounces butterscotch morsels
some orange decorating icing

Place corn syrup and sugar in bowl; microwave for about 2 minutes, until sugar dissolves. Do not boil. Remove from microwave and stir in peanut butter until melted. Stir in crispy rice cereal and spread in a 9 x 12 pan. Place both kinds of morsels in a bowl. Microwave for about 2 minutes, then stir until fully melted. Pour morsels over pan of peanut butter crispys. Let morsels cool completely. Cut into squares and decorate with orange decorating icing. This makes 24 bars.

Tricks and Treats Cupcakes

For these scary treats, you will need:
1 package cake mix prepared according to box directions for cupcakes
1 tub frosting
some cute Halloween cupcake liners
orange, black, and white decorating icing
halloween decors (candied pumpkins, ghosts, spiders, and witches)
halloween candy pieces.

Place 24 cupcake liners in a muffin pan, and fill with cake batter. Bake according to package directions. Once cupcakes have cooled completely, cover with frosting. Create designs using orange, black, and white icing. Sprinkle decors over cupcakes and top with a halloween decor. This makes 24 cupcakes.
