Spooky Things in the Night - A Halloween Poem

Halloween, the most spooky occasion of the year
Sure to bring on many frilly adventures and even a bit of fear,

Finally making it's arrival for all the kids who simply love the thrills
Anxiously awaiting the "spooks" and frights, hoping this one will be even better than last year's frill,

The night to unleash creepy an scary things floating around in the "still" of the night,
It's no wonder some of the kids are wanting Mom and Dad to buy the scariest masks
In hopes to scare off the creepiest of the creeps with all their might!

Some will dress as heroes, prince, and princess and other nice things,
Versatility, and imaginations allows a kid to be whatever they want and blast the night away in full swing!

Most of the kids are out scurrying from house to house to gather either their tricks or treats
Wondering will each knock on the door, result in a spooky little treat or something scrumptious and yummy to eat

Halloween can "set off" the creepy things in the night- as we all might know; But kids will ward off the creeps with their precious little glow.
