Susan Sarandon, who is a Revlon spokeswoman along with Julianne Moore, used to be a vegetarian, but now eats red meat occasionally. Sarandon, who eats plenty of fruits and vegetables, also takes vitamin supplements in order to make sure that she has everything she will need to stay healthy. With a family history that includes heart attacks in addition to a breast cancer scare a few years ago, Sarandon learned a long time ago that she would need to take care of her body as she aged. Even though breast cancer was not found, Sarandon has regular check-ups as well as yearly physicals.
Sarandon also exercises every day. This includes weight training, aerobics, Pilates, and yoga. Maintaining an active lifestyle can be difficult when shooting a movie or attending political rallies or volunteering. But Sarandon makes it a priority because she feels that a healthy body will lead to a healthy life. As a mother of two teenagers, Sarandon has to stay fit in order to keep up with her children. She is still very active in Hollywood and has recently finished two movies.
The secret to Susan Sarandon's youthful appearance is from years of eating healthy, exercising regularly, and receiving skin treatments whenever her skin seems dull. These practices will keep Sarandon healthy for many years to come. It is a lifestyle and not a chore that make Sarandon's routine a success. When people decide to live their lives a certain way that is healthy for them, they will begin to enjoy having more energy during the day. In Sarandon's case, she has done plenty over the years to make a difference in her life as well as in the lives of her children and many others.
