Spring is in the Air

Cheryl Williams
The air is filled with springtime

drifting on a breeze,

the gentle trill of a robin

wafting through the trees.

Tiny buds are thriving,

pushing through barren ground;

Rain showers sprinkle new growth;

Oh, how I love that sound!

Lovers walk hand-in-hand

stealing a kiss or two;

Oh, how springtime brings new life

to everything we do!
