Spring Break is Coming Check Out Day Camp at the Boys Ranch in Bedford Texas

Spring break is right around the corner her in Bedford Texas that means no school for the kiddos. Do you have any plans? What will you do with those kids all day? You know the end result will be pure boredom for your kids and parents being driven utterly crazy. Well save yourself some frustration, turn those boredom frowns upside down and check out Spring Day Camp at the Bedford Boys Ranch Activity Center.

But first a brief history of the Bedford Boys Ranch, Around World War 2 the population of Bedford was around 400 people, it was mainly farmland. The Boys Ranch was a home for wayward boys and also of course a ranch. In the years to come Bedford's population grew rapidly, and in 1970 it was more than 10,000 people. The Ranch that was no longer a ranch or a home for wayward boys became the cities largest park.

Many of the city of Bedford's major events take place at the Boys Ranch. the Fourth Fest, Easter egg hunt, and Halloween Fest. On Monday March 12^th to Friday March 16^th it will hold the spring break day camp.

The day camp will be held in the Boys Ranch activity center and is open to children ages six to twelve. Registration is $92.00 per child and camp hours are from 7:00am to 6:00pm. Every child must bring a sack lunch, but there will be a snack provided in the after noon. This year activities will include gym sports, games, arts and crafts, and movies. Now since you have your spring break covered, let's take care of your 3^rd to 8^th graders Saturday nights. Also at the Boys Ranch activity center there is Fun Time Live, a chance for your kids to have a supervised Saturday night out with their friends. Admission is $9.00 per person and concession are available and the party starts at 7pm and ends at 11pm. Throughout the year the Boys Ranch activity center also holds many classes, from painting to cooking to senior activities, it is all right there. They also have a fitness center that is very affordable and several aerobic exercise classes.
