Spring Bundt Cake
This cake was made for an Easter buffet, but was simply decorated, yet dramatic in effect.
Materials:
Bundt pan
1 bundt cake mix and supporting ingredients
2 cup Powdered sugar
2 TBS butter
3 TBS milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 lemon whole
Pansies & Johnny Jump-ups or other edible flowers, washed
How to:
1. Prepare cake mixes as on box for bundt cake.
2. Remove cake from pan and let cool.
3. Cut lemon into thin slices and make cut to center so the lemons will twist like pictured.
4. Prepare glaze using powdered sugar, butter and milk. Drizzle over cake.
5. Twist lemons and place on top of cake.
6. Add flowers on top and around cake.
