Spring Fundraiser Volunteers Needed at Franklin Fine Arts Center

Since my cousin's son attends the Franklin Fine Arts Center, located at 225 West Evergreen Avenue in Chicago, we decided that we wanted to donate some volunteer hours to help the school. I wasn't able to help at the Taffy Apple sales drive, but after discussing the volunteer opportunities with my cousin and the school itself, we decided that we would like to help at the Spring Fundraiser. If you want to help out at the Taffy Apple drive, make sure you sign up before the sale begins in October.

All funds that are raised at the Spring Fundraiser go toward the Franklin Fine Arts Center school year for 2011/2012. Their goal for this year's Spring Fundraiser (date not yet determined,) is for a net profit of $65,000.

If you want to volunteer for something else at the school, such as the Eighth Grade Candy Sales fundraiser, to be held February 1st-10th, 2011 or help with the Flower Sale that will be held in conjunction with PTA, you can call the school at 773-534-8510 or visit their website.
