Well written. Love it!
A pleasant metaphor for what us humans should be doing; saving more for leaner times.
I can visualize the busy squirrel. Well written.
i like it!
I have had some of the best pets in the world. However, after paid $5,000 to have a new floor put in after my last pets became incontinent, outdoor pets like squirrels suit me fine now. They even move their mouths like they are trying to talk to me. I just don't know what "click, click click" means :-)
People laugh, but I am absolutely terrified of squirrels.
One winter, I gathered up a couple buckets full of acorns for the squirrels living in my trees. We were suppose to have a harsher winter than usual. I had lids on the buckets and those little critters figured out how to get the lids off and help themselves. I figured it was alright because I had gathered the acorns for them. It was fun watching them work the lids.
very cute!
Great :-)
