The rain started literally falling and in it I began to dance
O'er my hair and my neck down my nape and my bodice
The rain simply poured, it poured all over me
So harmonious the sound as it hit the pane like the stacked sound of a melodious band
My ears heard the song of the rat-at-tat-at
And my feet started moving from front to back
And as the rain simply fell
My soul was simply well
Because like metal to a magnet to music I attract
I smelled the dew of that morning in spring
And the rain that was falling was mellowing
The land started to dry
Sunflowers began to rise
And the music now the air of the calm flowing
I touched the arm of a petal of a flower
Like silk it felt against my soft skin after showers
Standing tall full of poise to wind dances
The colors in the garden color enhances
Opening to the sun beam's longer hours
I tasted the seasonal fruits of the earth
So hungry for the grapes, pears and for more water thirst
Ice cream trucks rolling down the blocks
No wearing sandals and no socks
For the warmth Mother Nature recently birthed
I envisioned the sunniest warm day in the spring
And the lovers in laughter all echoing
And the trees swaying their branches
Full of leaves and to the wind dances
Oh what beauty in the sense of the beauty in spring images
