This elegant egg wedding favor is the perfect small gift for an Easter time wedding. If you are getting married near Easter or right before Easter, then try making these simple and elegant Easter egg wedding favors for your guests.

You can load up your elegant east egg wedding favored with small pastel chocolates, candies, or other goodies.

To Make These Elegant Easter egg Wedding Favor You Will Need:

Large White Easter Eggs

Craft Glue

Glitter

Glitter Puff Paint

Flat Backed Jewels

Gold or Silver Paint Pens

To get started you will need medium to large sized matte wide plastic Easter eggs. These can be bought online as well as in craft stores. If you can not find the right matte while color you can paint plastic eggs.

You will want to take the eggs apart first. Lay them out on some newspaper and spray the outsides white with primer. Then apply a coat of matte white or antique white spray paint. Let this dry and repeat on the inside of each egg.

Tip: Do not go too heavy on the coats of paint on the white plastic Easter eggs will simply no longer fit together again.

Now, once you have your matte white or antique white plastic Easter eggs you are ready to start decorating. Scrolls always dress up anything, so scrolls will be the look on these eggs.

Take some fine white glue and start adding scrolls to the outsides of the eggs.

New, pour some finely ground silver or gold glitter in a bowl. Pick some glitter up with your fingers and gently sprinkle it over the eggs. It will catch on the glue.

Continue this until all of the eggs are coated in elegant glittery scrolls.

Tips: Use a very finely ground glitter for a more elegant look. You do not want this to look like a child's craft.

Also, you can leave your antique white eggs in their halves and glitter each half one at a time. They can stand flat this way.

Another great idea is to do the glitter effect on a cookie rack that has been placed over some aluminum foil. This will allow for easy clean up.

You can also mix and match designs or even create flowers on the sides of the antique whit elastic eggs to match your wedding flowers!
