December 31, 2009-Final Results

Like it or not the Writer's Block was one of the winners in first team page view races. United they earned 141,299 page views with Joshua Huffman leading the team, but Gayle Crabtree and Pattie Byrd also helped keep this page view train rolling on. Don't laugh, but the difference in race was basically the page views that Nancy Canfield put up for the month. It turns out she underestimated her value to the team. Magena and Karen made sure they were counted and Magena was heard cheering all throughout the land. Joshua Huffman is graduating to the next level of pvs and he will be sorely missed. Who will captain this ship for the next race?

The Write Source together proudly placed 2nd with 132,349 page views, trailing only by 8,950 page views. Tamara McRill led a surge that almost brought this team from 3rd place to the winners circle. Tamara's outstanding performance led her to graduation and this team definately needs someone to step up to the plate as a leader. Could it be Cherie Bowser or M.G. "Running Shoes" Hardiman?" Both of these contributors turned in solid performances. Sherri Thornhill chipped in her share of page views. Melanie and Karen are still learning the ropes, but they are certainly valuable players.

Turn the Page finished in 3rd place. Though they didn't have one star performer, they did have a group of steady performers. Five of the six members of this squad turned in double digit page view performances. Abby Greenhill wrote from start to finish and has earned the right to viewed as the leader of this team. Jennifer Budd and Jolynne Hudnell each aided the team with more than 19,000 page views each. Newcomer Tal Boldo raked in over 17,000 page views. This organization is blessed to have newcomer who knows how reel in page views in a hurry. Han Van Meegerin also provided 4,026 page views of assistance. This team is not losing anyone to graduation and is looking like it has a bright future up ahead.

Die by the Pen finished up a rough a race. Everyone on the team contributed, but no one was able to find where the big page views lived. Now it is true that they were plague with computer issues. First John Myers stated his computer was acting up. Then Patricia Sicila said her computer was not behaving itself. This team is loaded with talent and popular writers. There is simply no reason why they will not exercise their page view muscles and contend in their next race. In fact Dan Reveal mentioned that he talked with his team and has them ready to go. In fact I hear his call now, "the page views are coming, the page views are coming... one if by pen, two if by....

December 29, 2009

The Writer's Block with 126,174 page views has a lot to be proud about. Joshua Huffman has taken charge of the team with over 71,000 page views. Gayle Crabtree has added over 22,000 page views and Pattie Byrd is turning in a key performance with over 17,000 page views, which is almost half of what she had produced prior to December. Nancy, Karen and Magena are helping the team out as well. Don't look now, but the Write Source is closing in on The Writer's Block.

With 121,608 page views, the Write Source is with about 5,500 page views of the Writer's Block. Tamara McRill has led the charge with 77,882 page views. Cherie Bowser has added a respectable 23,065 page view and M.G. Hardiman has offered over 14,000 page views. Karen and Melani have aided the cause as well

Turn the Page put forth a 93,100 page view effort. They look poised to finish in 3rd place. They had had a lot of producers, but down the stretch Abby Greenhill has really put forth quite an effort. She has contributed 25,631 page views. Jolynne Hudnell put up over 18,000 page views, Jennifer Budd netted over 17,000 page views, Tal Baldo over 16,000 and Jennifer Hunt over 10,000. This team could be dangerous in the future.

It seems like a safe conclusion to assert that Die by the Pen will finish in 4th pace. Currently, they are far off the pace with 49,497 page views. There team did decent, but no stepped up and produce a rock solid December. Shelly Barclay has made it past 12,000 page views and Patricia Sicilia is over 11,000 page views.

December 21, 2009

The Writer's Block collectively received 79,339 page views which is good for first place. Joshua Huffman still leads the team with over 44,000 page views. Gayle Crabtree and Patti Byrd are both double digit page view earners. Nancy Canfield is coming on strong with approximately 5,600 page views. Karen and Magena have provided a valuable 4,900 page views between them.

The Writer's Block may be the leaders, but The Write Source continues to chip away at their lead. Tamara McRill has emerged as the leader of this team, charging ahead with 42,666 page views on her own. Cherie Bowser has added nearly 17,000 page views and M.G. Hardiman is only a bit short of 10,000 page views. Collectively, Sherri, Karen and Melanie have added about 4,400 page views to the cause.

Turn the Page needs to have readers of their content turn more pages than ever before. Together, they have put together a solid performance, but they are up against some strong competition. No one has emerged as a leader yet. However, Jolynne, Jennifer, Abby and Tal are turning in strong Decembers. All of them are in the double digits with their performances. Janet Hunt also is respectable with 6,755 page views. Han Van Meegerin is helping the best that he can do. Currently, he has 1,893 page views. In all, Turn the Page trails Writer's Block by just less than 17,000 page views.

Die by the Pen seems to be struggling to recover from a slow start. To date they are about 47,500 page views off the pace. Patricia Sicila and Shelly Barclay seem to be sharing a leadership role and have about 17,100 page views between them. Linda, Dan, John and Khalia have about 15,700 page views combined. I hope they can surge in the home stretch and make a run for at least third place. They are a talented group of Contributors so it is certainly possible.

December 13, 2009

Writer's Block is still showing no blockages. Joshua Huffman is still the leader of this team with over 33,000 page views. Gayle Crabtree and Patti Byrd each added about 1,500 page views a piece since the last recap. Gayle now has over 8,100 page views and Patti has over 6,600. Nancy contributed about up her page views by about 700. Karen and Magena increased theirs by about 400 page views. Magena also passed the 1,000 page view marker for December. In sum, Writers Block put a few more page views between 2 of the 3 teams they squaring off against. Their closest opponent trails by 9,399 page views.

Team 1 now has an identity. Going forward they are to be called The Write Source. The Write Source was the only team to gain on Writers' Black. In fact that chopped off nearly 4,000 page views off the lead. They now trail by 9,399 page views. Tamara McRill is a large reason for this. She is now just shy of 23,000 page views. Cherie Bowser is also a solid producer at 12,634 page views. M.G. "Racing Shoes" Hardiman is at 5,964 page views. Sherri, Melanie and Karen weigh in at over 3,100 page views collectively. It is clear that The Write Source can write with Writer's Block, but they will need everyone to step up and play their part.

At about the time of the last recap, Team 4 just named their team. They are now called Turn the page. Look forward to an introduction of this team soon. Turn the page gave up about 1,500 page views in ground to Writer's Block. Now they trail by 13,313 page views. Jolynne Hudnell leads her team with about 10,900 page views. Turn the page offers a very balanced attack. Abby Green Green is over 8,500 page views. Jennifer Budd is just under 8,000 page views. Tal Baldo continues to impress with over 7,500 page views. Janet Hunt offers is steady with 4,474. Han Van Meegerin is now past 1,000 page views. He now is at 1,274. Currently Turn the page is in 2nd place, but seems likely that they are a team that can challenge Writer's Block.

Team 2 also at about the time of the last summary gave themselves a name. They now go by the name of, Die by the Pen. To some extent Die by the Pen is still trying to find their words. They lost about 8,000 page views to the leaders. Now they trail by 31,198. As we approach the halfway mark of this month, it becomes ever important for Die by the Pen to start to find their way. Patricia Sicila leads the team with 6,966 page views. Shelly Barclay is 2nd with 5,543 page views. Linda is close to 4,000 page views while Dan and John are nearing 3,000 page views. Khalia is eying 1,000 page views.

December 9, 2009

Writer's Block is showing no signs of suffering writers block. They have the early lead, largely in part, because Joshua Huffman has put up some impressive page views. In fact his page views are greater in number than two of the three other teams. He is close to surpassing the third team as well. Gayle Crabtree has chipped in over 5,000 page views. Pattie Byrd has offered 3,000 page views of her own. Nancy Canfield is starting to regain her footing. Magena, I hear is offering her cheers as well as some more page views for he the team..

Team 4 currently occupies the 2nd spot in the standings. They trail Writer's Block by just under 12,000 page views. So far they have a demonstrated a very balanced attack. Jolynne Hudnell has hit the ground running with over 8,000 page views. Abby Greenhill, Jennifer Budd and Janet Hunt have all made nice contributions. Tal Baldo has made an enormous contribution to this squad. She didn't have a lot of page views coming into the race. However, she has lit up the board with over 5,000 page views and is a good part of the reason why this team is in 2nd place. Han Van Meegerin is chugging along and yearning to reach 1,000 page views.

Team 1 had a nice update on December 9, propelling them to just a tad over 1,000 page views of within 2nd place. Tamara McRill and Cherie Bowser were largely responsible for this. Tamara has over 11,600 page views and Cherie has over 9,200. Sherri Thornhill, Melanie Gibson and Karen Zakavec have over 2,000 page views combined.

Team 2 has struggled in the early steps of this race, but when you put it into perspective they trail by just 28,000 page views. When you look at some of the numbers that get posted, it certainly can happen. It seems like Patricia Sicila is try to take a leadership role with this team. She has over 5,000 page views. Shelly Barclay has over 4,000 page views. Linda Louise Johnson has over 3,000 page views. Dan Reveal stands over 2,000 page views. John Myers has suffered from a computer issues, but I hear that his situation has improved. He helped the team with a bit over 1000 page views and newcomer Khalia Bentson is throwing up page views too.

Second Group of Page View Racers:

Team 1:

Sylvia Cochran, Victoria Miller, Julie DuPrey, Kofi Bofah

Team 2:

Angel Vee, Shana Dines, Jennifer Wagner, Josh Tuliano

Team 3:

Charlotte Kuchinski, Rose Elizabeth Kitchen, Donald Pennington, Sherry Tomfeld

Team 4:

Carol Bengle Gilbert, Tricia Goss, Roz Zurko, Nikki

12/31/09-Final Results

Team 1 ends up with a convicing win in one of the two first team page view races. Behind the effort of Sylvia Cochran's 251,783 page views, Team 1 ends up 119,593 page views ahead of their closest rival. Victoria Leigh Miller finished with over 84,000 page views and Jolie du Pre wrapped up the month with over 57,000 page views of her own. Kofi Bofah made a donation of over 27,000 page views. Sylvia obviously was the key to victory in this page view race, her teammate's made contributions that the victory did not slip away.

Angel Vee's 186,437 page views were 2nd only to Sylvia Cochran and she anchored Team 2 as they finished in second place. Joshua Tuliano started hitting stride later in the month and finished with over 60,000 page views. Jennifer Wagner and Shana Dines combined for over 54,000 page views.

Team 4 fought the good fight, but when it was over they finished in rd place. Roz Zurko was the inspiration of this team. She lit up the board with 143,091 page views. This was the third highest page view count of all participants. My hat is off to Carol Bengle Gilbert as quietly earned about 54,000 page views. Nikki and Tricia Goss teamed up for a combined approximately 61,500.

Team 3 finished a bit off the pace, but they hustled to very end. Charlotte Kuchinski ended up with a very impressive 82,424 page views. Donald Pennington earned a very respectable 40,222 page view tally. Rose Elizabeth Kitchen and Sherry Tomfeld worked in tandem to produce about 59,000 page views.

12/29/09

Team 1 expanded their margin to more than 104, 000 page views over Team 2. Obviously, Sylvia Cochran is the prolific page view obtainer in this race, but let us not forget that Victoria Leigh Miller also turned in a strong performance as well. Jolie du Pre has also made a meaningful contribution. Kofi didn't produce much new content this month, but his pvs have been much appreciated.

Team 2 opened up a bit of lead for 2nd place over Team 4. Angel Vee has been the inspiration on this team for the entire month. Josh Tuliano is finishing the month strong is over 57,000 page views for the month. Jennifer and and Shana have chipped in over 50,000 pvs in a combined effort.

Team 4 still could catch Team 2, but it won't be easy. Roz Zurko energized this team in a way that few people could have done. Carol Bengle Gilbert's 52,000+ performance to date is one that is one that should be admired. Also, Tricia Goss and Nikki spoke up for nearly 59,000 page views in a joint effort.

Team 3 looks destined for a 4th place finish. To date Charlotte Kuchinski is at nearly 78,000 page views for the month. Donald Pennington, Rose Elizabeth Kitchen and Sherry Tomfeld mined the web for 93,000 page views. All of these Contributors posted numbers that many people, including myself would like to have.

12/21/2009

Team 1 expands their lead. Their closest competitor is Team 2 and they trail by over 92,000 page views. Sylvia Cochran is the leader of this squad with 186,047 page views. However, Victoria Miller, Jolie du Prey have a combined total ofa bout 121500. This is also why Team 1 is the leader of this race.

Team 2 and Team 3 are squaring off for second and third places. At this point, Team 2 leads by about 16,300 page views. For these Teams this is peanut page views. This one seems to be all about head to head match ups. Take a look:

Team 1: Angel Vee- 134,595

Team 2: Roz Zurko -114,589

Team 1: Josh Tuliano - 42,153

Team 2: Carol B Gilbert- 39,443

Team 1: Jennifer Wagner- 21,323

Team 2: Tricia Goss - 25,107

Team 1: Shana Dines-16,819

Team 2: Nikki -19,411

At this point it unlikely that Team 4 will catch up to Team 1. Can they mount a comeback and challenge Team 2 or Team 3? Team 4 has a quality Team. Charlotte Kuchinski leads the team with over 63,000 page views. Donald Pennington is over 27,000 page views, Rose Kitchen is over 24,000 page views and Sherri Tomfeld is over 17,000 page views. With this team the sky is limit, the question is how high will it fly.

12/13/2009

Team 1 expands their lead. Currently, they lead all the competition by at least 85,000 page views. Sylvia now is at over 146,000 page views. Victoria Leigh Miller is over 47,500 page views. Jolie du Prey is nearly at 23,000 page views and Kofi Bofah is contributing over nearly 11,000 himslf. This team is quite formidable and may prove difficult to catch.

Team 4 remains in 2nd place. They trail team 1 by about 85,000 page views. Roz Zurko is grabbing this team by the horns. She is covering the Tiger Woods situation and she is at nearly 91,000 page views herself. Of course she is not alone in her efforts. Carol is over 22,000 page views. Tricia is at nearly 17,000 page views and Nikki is just a bit short of 12,500 page views.

Team 2 keeps 3rd place. Angel Vee is their pace setter. She is nearly at 96,000 page views. Josh is just past 28,500 page views and Jennifer Wagner is over 14,500 page views. Shana Dines is at an eerie 11,111 page views for the month of December.

Team 3 is good team and just needs someone to stand up and deliver the page view homerun article that each member of this team is capable of producing. Hopefully, this will happen soon as they find themselves trailing the leader by over 139,000 page views. Charlotte leads the way with 40,899 page views. Donald is over 19,000 page views and Rose is over 13,000 page views. Sherry meanwhile is nearly at 12,000 page views.

12/9/2009

What else can you say about Team 1, but wow!. Sylvia Cochran is riding her good fortunes to currently over 125,000 page views. Victoria Miller and Julie du Prey are off and running with over 28,000 and 17,000 page views respectively. Kofi Bofah generously has offered more than 8,000 page views to the cause.

Team 4 Contributors should be on a bended knee to Roz Zurko. Roz is enjoying a remarkable run and she is showing no signs of slowly down. With over 63,000 page views she is the pace setter for this team. Carol Bengle Gilbert, Tricia Goss and Nikki checked in with a combined total of over 37,000 page views. This team now resides in 2nd place with a bit over 100,000 page views.

Team 2 had a nice December 9 update. Angel Vee leads the team with over 59,000 page views. Jennifer Wagner's and Josh Tuliano's respectively have 21,000 and 11,000 page views. Shana Dines found over 8,000 page views. All of their efforts have led this team to 3rd place and within 1,000 page views of 100,000.

All of Team 3's Contributors have turned in good numbers for December. These are the sorts of numbers that make many an Associated Content Contributor envious. Charlotte Kuchinski has over 30,000 page views. Donald Pennington has nearly page 13,000 page views and Rose Kitchen and Sherry Tomfeld respectively have more than 11,000 and 8,000 page views. Somebody here needs to find some page viewing articles to get back in the race. With these Contributors there is a good chance that will happen.

We Die by the Pen had a rough month, what with John's computer problems, and this week MY computer problems. Shelly did bang out a load of articles, and Linda and John did respectfully, but I just lost my momentum, what with my new babysitting job, Christmas prep, and then going away from the 26th to the 30th. But my New Year's fireworks and events articles did pick up a lot of traffic this week.
