An example of something like this is would be to go into your Control Panel and see if there are any usual programs that you don't remember downloading. If you try to remove these programs, your computer won't let you because in order to remove them, you will have to remove a program that you use often.

In addition to this program, you'll also want to download a firewall from the internet in order to even prevent some of the spyware from downloading to your computer in the first place.
