Located in Empire Fulton Ferry Park , the historic Tobacco Warehouse is an open air structure. According to the New York City Economic Development Corp, NYCEDC, the warehouse has 25,000 feet of space.
St. Anne's Warehouse is a former spice milling factory that has been converted into a theater. The theater has been looking for a new home ever since it was scheduled to be turned into an apartment complex by the New York City Council in 2009.
According to the New York Times, the Tobacco Warehouse is supposed to open in Winter 2013. More information on St. Anne's Warehouse can be found at www.stannswarehouse.org.
