I have been using this product for about two years on a daily basis and I honestly wouldn't know what I would do without it. This wonderful product gently exfoliates to remove dirt, oil, and dead skin cells that can clog the pores and create the blemishes and pimples. Over the centuries, the Swiss have developed and perfected their secrets for naturally beautiful skin. Only St. Ives captures these secrets in this deep cleansing formula with 100% natural exfoliants that gently exfoliates, removing dull skin cells to instantly reveal smooth, radiant, healthy skin. St. Ives Apricot Scrub is simple and easy to use.
Just moisten your face, apply a small amount and massage it into the skin for about two minutes. There are little scrubbing beads that can feel as your working the scrub into your skin. Make sure that you rinse your face well and pat your face dry. After applying this product, your face will feel smoother and more refreshed than ever.
St. Ives Apricot Scrub is an oil free scrub so you don't have to worry about applying a cleansing scrub that is already oily to oily skin, and its active ingredient is salicylic acid and contains a vitamin rich apricot extract, swiss glacial water, and nourishing swiss botanicals. However, I do not suggest using any other acne medications at the same time or immediately following using St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Doing this may cause irritation and or dryness of the skin.
You might want to see your doctor before using this product if you are already using a prescribed acne medication. And it's also comforting to know that this product is not tested on animals and is dermatologist tested and approved.
This invigorating product took home an award from SELF Beauty Awards for being the "Best Facial Exfoliant". In the past year, more than 900 new beauty products hit the store shelves. SELF rounded them up recruiting more than 1200 testers from across the country to put their skin, hair, and bodies through the paces ...and then to vote on which goods truly outperformed the rest... and St. Ives won!
My suggested place of purchase for this item is at WalMart and it sells for about $2.50. Some places sell it for up to $5.00.
Try this product, your skin will love you for it!

Post a CommentI love St.Ives Apricot Scrub. I've only been using it for a week or two and my face is spotless! I've never had too much problems with acne, just the every day small pimple and blackheads but I've always wanted that "airbrush" skin. But now, I can't remember the last time my face as been this clear! I use it once a day when I'm in the shower and use an Olay moisturizer and I now have beautiful spotless skin. I haven't had an oil or dry skin problem. And to make it even better, you can find this at Target or a drug store and it's SUCH a good price. I'd suggest this over Clean&Clear, Proactive and Neutrogena.
I have used St. Ives scrub and many people have complained it irritates the skin. I have sensitive skin to even some moisturizers but used St. Ives twice a day and somehow I wasn't bothered. Also, my face tends to adjust to products and after a while they don't work as well but I have never experienced this with apricot scrub. It really has helped my face a lot!
