St. Patrick's Day Poem - Lucky Charms: The Hidden Secret

You'll Never Get My Lucky Charms!

Brandon Elliott
On this irish holiday,
I will conceive
a new evil plan
I've got up my sleeve.
You'll never get my lucky charms.

I've got a secret
that I want to share
my charms are not lucky
they just keep me off welfare.
You'll never get my lucky charms.

My green hat is gleaming
with pure Irish pride.
Remember to wear green,
or I'll pinch your backside.
You'll never get my lucky charms.

The pot of gold,
I never will find.
But at the end of the rainbow,
the sun surely shined.
You'll never get my lucky charms.

So bring me your clovers,
and stop chasing gold.
My charms are kept safe,
this promise I will uphold.
You'll never get my lucky charms.

Hoarding the cereal in the basement like the rest of the starving artists, are we? ;) Couldn't resist, but great job on this one!

A lot more artful than my St. Patrick's day verse. You did get a chance to read it, right?
