St. Patrick's Day Poem: The Shamrock

Poem for St. Paddy's Day March 17

The Shamrock ~ A St. Patrick's Day Poem

The shamrock is an Ireland trademark
and symbolizes Saint Patrick's Day,
the holy trinity; let us pray
and Irish pubs; March 17 serving ales dark.

Blessed be, don't drink and drive your truck!
Mistaken as a four-leaf clover's good luck
The shamrock has three-leafs
and signifies Irish-Christian beliefs.

Happy St. Paddy's Day!
'Tis always a good day to be Irish!
