I'd like to make a wish
A wish that I may kiss
my secret lover's lips
I dream of that day
when he would say
with that wispy look of love
will you be my Valentine my little dove?
St. Valentine if you can see me
You would know that it is he
Upon whom my eyes gloss over
With tears of longing to be his lover
But his eyes are blind to see
How much he means to me
St. Valentine, if you can touch me
You will feel my ice cold body
waiting to be in his warm arms
where I will feel safe from all harms
and the world around us will disappear
we'll know happiness none can compare
in substance, form or tone
in a world all of our own.
St. Valentine, if you grant me this wish
that I will vow to cherish
with every breath of life
I know he will want me to be his wife
For none can love him as purely as I do
As my love transcends the mortal plateau
Grant my wish, I beg of you.
