Home Staging as a service is not new, however right now more than ever there seems to be an ever-increasing demand for it. Could it be the sparkle and shine it adds to each home to present it as a model home to the buyer, or perhaps it is the overall cohesiveness that color consultation, furniture re-arrangement and de-cluttering provide. Well, it is all of these things and boy do they make a difference! Ultimately you want a buyer to say "I love it! This is the one!" and with those uttered words, the deal is done.
