Pros
This bike comes unassembled so you need to spend some time to put things together. All the tools required are already included and the assembly manual is clearly written so you can do it in half an hour. The assembled unit itself is sturdy and compact. It takes very little space so you can put it almost anywhere in the house.
Unlike most bikes there isn't any frame that hinders you when getting in and out of the bike. The design is called walk-through design which as the name implies enables you to get on and off the bike with ease.
When riding the Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance recumbent bike your body is positioned in semi-reclined fashion. This allows to you work your major muscles like the thighs, hips and buttocks. With its large and easy-to-read monitor you can stay alert on your distance, speed and time. You can also check how much calories you burn.
Pedaling the Stamina 1350 feels smooth at all resistance levels. It's all thanks to the adjustable flywheel resistance which uses belt drive train. It is also a quiet machine which is great when you want to exercise in front of the TV or just don't want to interrupt others while exercising. If you don't feel like watching TV and want to exercise facing your garden you can move it around easily without breaking your back. The machine only weighs about 57 pounds so moving it around won't break your back.
Cons
Both the seat and seat back are not adjustable so this is a one-size-fits-all kind of machine. For very tall/short people this can be quite an annoyance.
Conclusion
When you have the Stamina 1350 Magnetic Resistance recumbent bike you can save yourself from driving to the gym to get an exercise. It is affordable and provide good aerobic workout for anyone who want to stay fit while enjoying the comfort of their home.
