It is also light enough for one person to carry easily if you need to move from one apartment to another.

This bike feels solid and supports my weight well. It is made out of steel parts. The bike does require some assembly since it comes out of the box in many pieces. It took about an hour for me to assemble the bike on my own since the directions were fairly clear. It even came with the tool that fit all the screws so that I did not need to go find one. Completely assembled, the bike is about 47 inches long and 43 inches tall. It is adjustable so that it can fit people of different heights. Keep in mind that this bike has a weight limit of 250 pounds.

I appreciate having an exercise bike in my apartment because it helps me to keep on track with my fitness goals. Some days, I just do not have the time or feel like going to the gym. On these days, I can hop on the bike and get in a decent workout in my pajamas in front of the TV. I also like that I can sit down and use it so that I am able to read at the same time (something I cannot do on a treadmill). The bike is also very quiet compared to other exercise equipment that runs off a motor.

The bike has a computer that tracks time, speed, distance, and calories burned so you can compare your workouts from day to do. The computer runs off batteries so you do not need to place the bike near an electrical outlet to use it.

The seat is in a comfortable position so that you feel like you are sitting in a chair while you are using it. I prefer this to the traditional way of sitting on a bicycle because it is more comfortable on my back. However, the seat is quite hard so you may want to get a foam pad to sit on if you plan on using it for a long time.

For the price, I find this bike to be a good value and work efficiently for the purpose it was designed for.
